Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the garment is protected from moisture and transit damage.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the vintage condition of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
